Why is this required? We take bespoke tailoring seriously — and so should you. Each custom design submission reserves dedicated time with our master tailor for your fitting appointment, plus time spent sourcing fabrics and preparing detailed patterns tailored to your measurements.

Unfortunately, we have experienced instances where clients submit a design and do not show up for their scheduled appointment — leaving booked time and prepared materials wasted. The J$30,000 deposit ensures that only committed clients proceed, and it goes directly toward the cost of your garment — it is not an extra charge. Please note that this deposit is non-refundable in the event of a cancellation or no-show.
